Establishment of Citizen Armed Force

Executive Order No. 264 establishes the Citizen Armed Force in the Philippines, composed of reservists who can be mobilized to support the regular Armed Forces, with recruitment and training programs overseen by the Secretary of National Defense, and funding allocated from the Department of National Defense's appropriation, subject to military law and governed by rules and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of National Defense, while repealing or modifying inconsistent laws or regulations, and taking effect 90 days after its publication.
