Legal Authority for Withdrawal

- By purchase or homestead, not more than one farm lot
- By purchase, not more than one residential lot
- This limitation is intended to promote equitable distribution and prevent monopolization of land.
Protection of Existing Rights
- The disposal of lots in the designated areas shall not prejudice or affect existing rights.
- Existing land rights or claims prior to this proclamation will be respected and preserved.

- The proclamation was signed and sealed by the President of the Philippines on September 5, 1952.
- It incorporates the official government procedural formalities validating its enactment and effectivity.
