The proclamation covers public lands within a six-kilometer strip on each side of the proposed roads: Zamboanga-Pagadian Road in Zamboanga, Davao-Agusan Road in Davao and Agusan, Labungan-Tupi in Cotabato, and Malabang-Maranding Road in Lanao.
The maximum size of farm lots that may be acquired is ten (10) hectares each.
