Authority and place of testing
- The Insurance Commission conducts the walk-in tests.
- Walk-in tests are held at the premises of the Insurance Commission Building.
- Testing is scheduled only on walk-in testing days set by the circular.
When walk-in tests occur
- Walk-in tests are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday.
- The testing hours are 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. only.
- The circular applies to applicants who will walk in for the insurance agent examinations during these scheduled times.
Walk-in applicant processing limits
- Walk-in applicants are processed on a first come first served basis due to limited space.
- Walk-in applicants cannot be guaranteed a seat for the examination.
- The Insurance Commission makes every attempt to accommodate as many walk-in applicants as possible.
Required submission documents
- Walk-in applicants must submit or present a Certificate of good moral character.
- Walk-in applicants must submit a sworn statement that they have been trained in the kind of insurance contemplated in the licensed desired.
- Naturalized citizens must submit a Xerox copy of naturalization papers and present the original copy for verification.
- Walk-in applicants must submit two (2) identical 1x1 head photographs recently taken.
- Walk-in applicants must submit identification card/papers.
Examination fees and required payment
- Upon admission, the walk-in applicant must pay an examination fee of P20.00.
- Upon admission, the walk-in applicant must pay a walk-in fee of P30.00.
- Payment is required as a condition for admission to the walk-in testing schedule.
