  • Payment of fees qualifies a payee to participate in the on-line auction.

  • Applicants must submit duly accomplished application forms together with a copy of the deposit slip.
  • Submissions are handled by the VLP Committee through a designated fax number and email address.
  • Upon validation of the deposit slip and evaluation of the application, the Committee will confirm receipt and provide a pre-generated Username and Password for auction access.
