Transfer of 200 Hectares to WMSU

Executive Order No. 304 directs the transfer to support the Western Mindanao State University in meeting the space needs of its College of Agriculture and other allied colleges.
The order states that the existing 20-hectare San Ramon College area is inadequate for agricultural college requirements.
Executive Order No. 304 links the transfer to the University’s plan for a residential campus for other allied colleges.
The order directs the transfer in furtherance of a housing project for all employees of the University.

Section 1 orders the transfer of Two Hundred (200) Hectares from a portion of Lot No. 3895, Cad. 124.
The covered land is located at Barangay San Ramon, Zamboanga City.
The land is transferred from the administration of the San Ramon Penal Colony (San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm in the title) to the Western Mindanao State University.
Section 1 limits the transfer area to the tract immediately adjacent to the northern boundary of the College of Agriculture and the tract fronting on the eastern boundary towards the seashore.

Section 1 makes the transfer effective by directing the change in administration over the defined portion of Lot No. 3895, Cad. 124.
The order directs that the transferred portion be tied to the specified location relative to the College of Agriculture boundaries and seashore-facing frontage.
Section 1 identifies the institutional receiving party as the Western Mindanao State University.

Section 2 requires the University to use the transferred 200 hectares for its College of Agriculture.
Section 2 authorizes use for some other colleges that may be transferred to this site.
Section 2 directs that the development include a housing project for all employees of the University.

Section 3 directs the Director of the Bureau of Lands to facilitate the immediate survey and delineation of the 200 hectares from the specified portion of Lot No. 3895, Cad. 124.
Section 3 requires the Director to identify the technical descriptions of the delineated area.
Section 3 orders the preparation of all necessary plans and documents to effectively implement the land transfer.
