Republic Act No. 465 standardizes examination and registration fees for various professions in the Philippines, ensuring fair compensation for board examiners and a centralized system for fee collection.

Registration without exam and special rates

  • Section 2 provides that applicants for a certificate of proficiency in the practice of chemical engineering and applicants for registration without examination as certified public accountant, Chinese druggist, nurse, midwife, architect, chemical engineer, civil engineer, professional electrical engineer, associate electrical engineer, assistant electrical engineer, master electrician, and mining engineer must pay a registration fee of PHP 50.
