Republic Act No. 465 standardizes examination and registration fees for various professions in the Philippines, ensuring fair compensation for board examiners and a centralized system for fee collection.

Republic Act No. 465 is intended to standardize the examination and registration fees charged by the National Examining Boards.

The examination fee is thirty-five pesos.

The examination fee is twenty pesos.

The examination fee for midwives is twenty pesos.

The registration fee is ten pesos.

For a certificate of proficiency in the practice of chemical engineering, the registration fee is fifty pesos.

Registration without examination as a Chinese druggist requires a fifty-peso registration fee.

The registration fee is five pesos.

The registration fee is two pesos.

They shall pay the corresponding registration fee heretofore prescribed.

They must pay an annual registration fee of two pesos.

They must pay one peso a year, paid in advance not later than the fifteenth of November every year.

They must be paid to the disbursing officer of the Bureau of Civil Service.

Board members may receive compensation not exceeding ten pesos per capita of the candidates examined, with a special reduction described by the provisos in Section 6.

It repeals all laws, executive orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, that conflict with the provisions of RA 465.

It takes effect upon its approval.
