Implementation and Coordinating Agencies

  • The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) is tasked to issue implementing guidelines for this EO.
  • NAPOLCOM shall coordinate with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to ensure proper implementation.

Funding Provisions

  • For the calendar year 1999, funding of the salary adjustments is to be obtained from available appropriations including the Organizational Adjustment Fund and/or Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund under the 1999 General Appropriations Act.
  • Subsequent funding requirements are to be included in the regular PNP budget appropriations.
