Processing Time for New Licenses Requiring Examination

  • New driver’s licenses, conductor’s licenses, and similar license transactions that require examination must be processed within four (4) hours or 240 minutes.

Processing Time for Plain Renewals

  • Plain renewals performed at Driver's License Renewal Centers (DLRCs) or License Sections should be completed within 30 minutes.

Processing Time for Student Permits

  • The processing of student permits must be completed within 30 minutes.

Processing Time for Renewals Not Requiring Examination

  • Renewals of driver’s licenses, conductor’s licenses, and other similar transactions that do not require an examination must be completed within two (2) hours or 120 minutes.

Certification Processing Time

  • Certifications related to licenses must be issued within two (2) working days.
