Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records

All personnel associated with the former Sinuyak Annex are transferred to Sinuyak National High School.
All assets and liabilities of the annex are likewise transferred.
The records of Katipunan National High School Sinuyak Annex are absorbed by the newly created Sinuyak National High School.

Appropriations and Funding

The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Sinuyak National High School in the Department’s program immediately.
Initial funding for the school will come from the current year’s appropriations allocated to the Katipunan National High School Sinuyak Annex.
Subsequent funding for the school’s operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation Authority and Rulemaking

The Secretary of Education shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity Clause

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Publication ensures that the public and relevant institutions are notified of the legal changes brought by this law.
