Filing of Claims

Claimants must file their claims with the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) headquarters at the Philippine Sugar Center Building, North Avenue, Quezon City.
Each claim must be accompanied by a certification from the mill company indicating the total production and the net planter share of production for the calendar year 1998-1999.

Approval and Computation of Claims

Claims are subject to approval by the SRA Administrator.
Upon approval, the shares shall be computed on a pro-rata basis relative to the total shares of non-affiliated planters' associations.

Payment Issuance and Distribution

The SRA will issue check payments made payable to the individual planters whose claims were approved.
Distribution of checks shall be conducted directly to individual planters, with SRA personnel dispatched to various mill districts to facilitate this.

Deadline for Submission

The deadline for submission of claims is set as no later than July 14, 2000.

Effectivity and Repeal Clause

This Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
Any previously issued Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules, and regulations that conflict with this Order are revoked, amended, or modified accordingly.
