- Gun clubs must deposit a government bond, cash, or surety bond guaranteeing the safekeeping of firearms licensed to them and their members.
- A graduated schedule for the amount of cash/surety bond is based on the number of firearms held by the club, ranging from 250 to 5,000 pesos in cash or 625 to 12,500 pesos in surety bond for up to 1000 firearms.
- For firearms exceeding 1000, an additional 1,000 pesos cash or 2,500 pesos surety bond is required for every 200 firearms or fraction thereof.
- Gun clubs may possess up to twenty firearms for use by members at club premises.
Penalties and Reporting for Lost Firearms by Gun Clubs

- If the bond amount is insufficient to cover penalties for lost firearms, the club must pay the full penalty for all lost firearms.
