Training and Qualification Procedures for Applicants

  • Training seminar conducted by Traffic Safety Division (TSD) supervised by DEC.

  • Revocation Order is final and executory.

  • Order published in a newspaper of general circulation.

Duties and Responsibilities of Deputized Agents

  • Must wear official uniform, ID, and deputation ID when performing duties.
  • Procedures for arrest/apprehension under RA 4136 include informing driver, filling out TOP form accurately and completely, confiscating licenses or plates, and submitting reports timely.
  • Detailed TOP completion required with specific violation citations and driver acknowledgment.
  • Apprehension reports and documents must be submitted within 24 hours.
  • Agents to print name, unit, and station on TOP with a rubber stamp.
  • Used TOP booklets returned with summary report upon new issuance.
  • Must surrender all deputation materials upon renewal, termination, or revocation.

Repealing Clause

  • All previous orders and memoranda conflicting with these guidelines are repealed.
