  • Includes a Procedural Manual prescribing detailed hazardous waste management requirements and procedures as integral part of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Separability Clause

  • If any provision is declared unconstitutional or invalid by a competent court, the rest of the provisions remain in full force and effect as if the invalidated provisions were never included.

Repealing Clause

  • All inconsistent rules and regulations or parts of pertinent laws are revised, amended, modified, or superseded by this Administrative Order.

Amendments

  • The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) may amend or modify these Rules and Regulations from time to time.

Effectivity

  • These Rules and Regulations take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and acknowledgment by the Office of the National Administrative Register.
