Conduct of Seminar

  • Lecturers for seminars within the National Capital Region must come from a pool of lecturers from the NTC Central Office and NTC-NCR Regional Office.
  • Seminar scheduling and venue:
    • Seminars with fewer than 25 participants are held at the Central or NCR Regional Office every Wednesday and Friday afternoon.
    • Seminars with 25 or more participants may be conducted outside the office premises on non-working days only.

Issuance of Certificates

  • The lecturer issues the Certificate of Completion immediately after the seminar.
  • The RLM Certificates are issued by the NTC-NCR Regional Office.
  • Certificate issuance operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Repealing Clause and Effectivity

  • This Circular takes effect immediately upon adoption.
  • It supersedes or amends any previous circular, order, or instruction inconsistent with its provisions.

  • The guidelines are promulgated pursuant to previous Memorandum Circulars 7-08-85, 7-08-85A, and 1-02-86.
