NTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NUMBER 9-7-92

: It provides additional guidelines for the conduct of Restricted Land Mobile (RLM) Radiotelephone Operators Seminar and the issuance of the corresponding RLM Certificate within the National Capital Region.
: To the NTC-NCR Regional Office.
: a) Construction permit, radio station license, or any authorization from the Commission showing the assigned frequency for land mobile service; b) List of qualified applicants who are regular employees or members of the agency/company/organization; c) Application for RLM Radio Operator's Certificate with 4 copies of 2" x 2" ID pictures and 2 copies of handwritten and notarized information sheet.
: Filing fee of P10.00, application fee of P20.00, and issuance of certificate fee of P20.00 per year.
: A pool of lecturers from the Central Office and the NTC-NCR Regional Office.
: At the Central Office or NCR Regional Office every Wednesday and Friday afternoon.
: On non-working days only, and for requests with 25 or more participants.
: On a first come, first serve basis.
: It takes effect immediately and supersedes or amends any inconsistent circular, order, or instruction or part thereof.
