Requirement for Licensure Examinees
- All successful examinees in the Licensure Examinations for Architects must present an official receipt or certificate of payment of membership dues.
- This receipt must be issued and signed by an authorized officer of the UAP prior to their registration as architects.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Failure to present the official receipt or certificate of payment will result in the non-issuance of the Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card.
- This condition applies to all successful examinees of the licensure examination for architects.
Effectivity and Dissemination
- The resolution takes effect after 15 days from its publication in the Official Gazette or any newspaper of general circulation, whichever comes first.
- Copies of the resolution are to be furnished to the National Officials and Local Chapter Officials of the UAP for information and guidance.
