What Proclamation 423 is amended

Special Patent authority and reimbursement rule
- Proclamation No. 601 authorizes the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources to issue a Special Patent covering the area reserved for housing purposes in favor of the National Housing Authority (NHA).
