Rationale for Discontinuation
- Data and statistics used as supporting documents for license renewal are no longer necessary because the Licensing Branch has direct access to such data through the POEA local area network.
- POEA assumes that each licensed recruitment agency is capable of maintaining its own database of processed or deployed workers and related information.
Handling of Official Requests for Certified Lists
- Official requests for certified lists of processed or deployed workers will no longer be considered by POEA.
- Exceptions include requests for certified deployment information required by Philippine Embassies or Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLOs).
- In such cases, POEA will respond directly to the requesting Embassy or POLO.
Public Access to Statistics
- Statistics intended for public consumption are accessible at the POEA Library and on the official POEA website.
Procedure for Other Information Requests
- All other specific requests related to overseas employment programs must be submitted through the Office of the Deputy Administrator for Management Services.
- If approved, a minimal fee will be charged for producing the required information.
