Amendment to Membership Composition

Section 4 of Article II of Presidential Decree No. 1468, as amended, is further revised.
The Governing Board is composed of seven (7) members.
Members are appointed by the President of the Philippines.
The corporate powers and duties of the Authority are vested in this Governing Board.

Supersession of Inconsistent Laws and Regulations

All laws, decrees, orders, proclamations, rules, regulations, and issuances inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed or modified accordingly.

Immediate Effectivity

The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon its promulgation.

Legal Authority and Formalities

The order is issued under the President's legal powers.
