Upgrade of Hospital Facilities and Health Services

Severability Clause

If any provision or part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining provisions which are not affected shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Repealing Clause

All laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules, and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
