  • In rendering or issuing its findings and recommendation, the CODI must obtain a majority of all CODI members.
  • The Chairman votes only in case of a tie.
  • When the vote of the Chairman is needed, the tie-breaking mechanism operates only through the Chairman’s vote.

Member term and alternates

  • The CODI members serve a term of two (2) years, unless replaced earlier (Section 2-A).
  • CODI member alternates may be designated by the appropriate unit concerned to act as member when the principal member is unable to attend a CODI meeting.

Revocation and effect of inconsistency

  • All memorandum orders or portions thereof inconsistent with Memorandum Order No. 11 are revoked, amended, or modified accordingly.
  • Memorandum Order No. 11 becomes operative immediately upon issuance.
