Consolidation of Municipalities to Form New Legislative District

Authority to Issue Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is tasked with issuing the rules and regulations necessary to implement this reapportionment law.
Repealing Clause
- All existing laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly to ensure conformity with the new legislative districting.
Effectivity of the Law
- The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation, ensuring public awareness before implementation.
