Priority and Compliance in Procurement Assignments

  • The head of the procuring entity is responsible for ensuring that members of the BAC, TWG, and Secretariat prioritize BAC assignments above all other duties and responsibilities.
  • This prioritization applies until the procurement assignment requirements currently handled are fully completed.

Effectivity and Supersession

  • This Department Order took immediate effect upon adoption on February 22, 2010.
  • It supersedes and modifies wholly or partially any prior issuances that are inconsistent with its provisions.
