LTFRB Circular: provisional franchise authorities

  • Memorandum Circular No. 92-001 authorizes all LTFRB Regional Managers (except NCR) to issue provisional authorities to applicants for franchises.

  • The provisional authority becomes effective upon filing of the application for a franchise.
