Coordination and Submission Requirements
- Proponent agencies must coordinate with the RDCs at an early stage of project development, preferably at project identification or feasibility study preparation.
- By the time of submission for review, proponent agencies must have provided all necessary requirements requested by the RDCs.
Application to Specific Regions
- The procedure detailed for the RDCs is strongly urged to be adopted by the corresponding councils or entities in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
Repeal and Amendment of Conflicting Issuances
- All executive issuances, rules, and regulations or parts thereof that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Executive Order are repealed or amended accordingly.
Authority of the NEDA Board
- The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board is authorized to promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Executive Order.
Effectivity
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
