Mandatory use of performance questionnaire

Evaluation process and review
- After the Master or Port Captain completes the pilot evaluation, the results must be used for further review.
- The pilots’ performance must be further reviewed by the PDOs/PMOs.
- The PDOs/PMOs review must ascertain the efficiency of the pilot being rated.
- The Circular requires the evaluation flow: evaluation by the Master/Port Captain, followed by review by PDOs/PMOs.
