Cruz and San Miguel; and follows Tampayak Creek northward to the Lipa-Rosario boundary.
  • Boundary description is based on a Rosario map, scale 1:40,000, and district engineer data dated May 28, 1948.

Effect on the Municipality of Rosario

  • The remaining Municipality of Rosario shall consist of its current territory minus the portion constituted into Padre Garcia.

Date of Effectivity

  • The organization of the new municipality will take effect on December 1, 1949.

  • The Executive Order is signed by the President of the Philippines, Elpidio Quirino.
  • It is dated October 11, 1949, and executed in the City of Manila.
  • The order is attested by the Executive Secretary, Teodoro Evangelista.
