Territorial Composition and Boundaries
- Barrios included: Lumang Bayan, Banaba, Banay-banay, Bawi, Castillo, Maugat, Pansol, Payapa, Tangob, San Miguel, San Felipe, and Quilo-quilo.
- Northern boundary is the existing boundary between the City of Lipa and Rosario.
- Eastern boundary is the boundary line between the municipality of Tiaong (Quezon Province) and Rosario.
- Southeastern boundary follows Bayan River and its south tributary to a point north of barrio Tiquiwan.
- Southern and southwestern boundary runs westward from the tributary point to Quiloquilo permanent dam in Quiloquilo Creek, then to Pinagmuzonan culvert between Lumang Bayan and Quilib, then to Tampayak timber bridge between Sta. Cruz and San Miguel, and further follows Tampayak Creek northward to the boundary of Lipa and Rosario.

Effect on Municipality of Rosario
- Rosario municipality retains its present territory minus the area comprising the newly established municipality of Padre Garcia.
Date of Effectivity
- The organization of the new municipality will take effect on December 1, 1949.
