Reporting and Accountability

  • The Commissioner of Immigration is required to submit a monthly report to the Office of the President detailing deported aliens, including their nationalities and specific grounds for deportation.
  • A copy of this report must also be furnished to the Secretary of Justice.

Repealing Clause

  • Any provisions of prior executive issuances and department orders that conflict with these new guidelines are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance, ensuring immediate implementation of the new operational guidelines by the Commissioner of Immigration.
