Transfer of Assets, Personnel, Records, and Liabilities
- All personnel previously assigned to the Napolan National High School-Buenavista Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Norberta Guillar Memorial National High School.
- All records pertaining to the annex are likewise transferred to the new independent school.
- All assets and liabilities held by the annex become the responsibility of the Norberta Guillar Memorial National High School.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to immediately include the new Norberta Guillar Memorial National High School in the Department of Education's program for operationalization.
- Initial funding will be sourced from the current year’s appropriation allocated for the Napolan National High School-Buenavista Annex.
- Subsequent funding necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Guidelines
- The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing all necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this Act.
Effectivity
- The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This provides an official period during which the public and concerned agencies may be informed before the provisions become operational.
