- Exemption valid for five years from effectivity of Republic Act No. 8435
- Covers importation of agriculture and fishery inputs, machinery, and equipment
- Imported items must be exclusively used by the importing enterprise

- No requirement for certificate of eligibility or accreditation
- EO 133 rules on importation do not apply
- Articles listed in Annex C: zero percent (0%) duty until 08 February 2003
- Importation subject to certificate of eligibility or accreditation from Department of Agriculture
- Must comply with EO 133 rules
Enforcement and Applicability
- New duty rates apply immediately upon effectivity of the Executive Order
- Applies to articles entered and withdrawn from warehouses in the Philippines
Revocation and Modification of Inconsistent Issuances
- Inconsistent presidential issuances and administrative rules are revoked or modified to conform with this Executive Order
Effectivity and Publication
- Order takes effect immediately after publication in two newspapers of general circulation
