Vehicles will undergo inspection by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) according to a prescribed timetable based on the last digit of the vehicle's plate number:
- Plate numbers ending with 1 and 7: Inspection in July

- Ending 3 and 9: September
- Ending 4 and 0: October
- Ending 5 and 6: November

Penalties for Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with the yellow color scheme and inspection requirements within the specified period will incur a penalty.
The penalty is a fine of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) for each month of delay beyond the deadline.

Supersession and Effectivity
