: The mandatory color scheme for school transport services is YELLOW.
: All grantees of Certificate/s of Public Convenience authorized to operate school transport service are required to adopt the yellow color scheme.
: The purpose is to properly and easily identify school transport services and to protect its passengers.
: Inspection schedules are as follows: Plate Nos. ending 1 and 7 - July; 2 and 8 - August; 3 and 9 - September; 4 and 0 - October; 5 and 6 - November.
: Failure to comply shall be subject to a penalty of P500.00 per month delay.
: Yes, this Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent with it.
: It took effect immediately as of February 1, 2006.
: They must hold a Certificate/s of Public Convenience authorizing them to operate school transport service.
