Q&A (LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2006-006)

The mandatory color scheme for school transport services is YELLOW.

All grantees of Certificate/s of Public Convenience authorized to operate school transport service are required to adopt the yellow color scheme.

The purpose is to properly and easily identify school transport services and to protect its passengers.

Inspection schedules are as follows: Plate Nos. ending 1 and 7 - July; 2 and 8 - August; 3 and 9 - September; 4 and 0 - October; 5 and 6 - November.

Failure to comply shall be subject to a penalty of P500.00 per month delay.

Yes, this Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent with it.
