Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel assigned to the Mabuhay Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the newly established Mabuhay National High School.
- All physical and financial assets, liabilities, and school records of the Mabuhay Annex are likewise transferred and absorbed by the Mabuhay National High School.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to immediately integrate the operationalization of Mabuhay National High School into the Department of Education's program.
- Initial funding for the school's operations shall be charged against the current year's appropriations previously allocated to the Olutanga National High School - Mabuhay Annex.
- Subsequent funding necessary for the continued operation of the Mabuhay National High School is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Rule-Making Authority
- The Secretary of Education is vested with the authority to issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions and objectives of the Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The provisions of the Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette, ensuring official public notice and compliance.
