Enforcement and Implementing Agencies

  • National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), and Civil Service Commission (CSC) tasked to promulgate implementing rules within 30 days.

Administrative Accountability for Violations

  • Violators among government officials or law enforcement officers face administrative charges for breaching this order.
  • Accountability based on existing laws, rules, and regulations.

Effectivity Clause
