  • For building projects, the billboard must be installed at the front of the project site.
  • For road, bridge, or flood control projects, two billboards are required: one at the beginning and one at the end of the project.
  • For road projects extending 10 kilometers or more, additional billboards must be installed at every 5-kilometer interval.

Prohibition of Personal Names and Pictures

  • The billboard must not contain the names or pictures of any individual personages.

Supersession and Effectivity

  • This Department Order supersedes Department Order No. 5 dated January 20, 2009, and any other inconsistent previous issuances.
  • The Order took effect immediately upon adoption on August 6, 2010.
