  • Declared unconstitutional provisions will not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
  • Remaining parts shall continue in full force and effect.

Repealing Clause

  • Laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • The Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication.
  • Publication to be in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
