  • Funding for this increase is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Repeal and Amendment of Inconsistent Laws

  • All laws, decrees, ordinances, rules, regulations, executive or administrative orders, and other presidential issuances that conflict with this Act are to be repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
