Severability Clause

  • If any provision is declared unconstitutional, remaining provisions remain valid and effective.

Repealing Clause

  • All laws, decrees, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • The Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or general circulation newspaper.
