Authority to Adjust Registration Fees

Rulemaking and Implementation

Repeal and Modification of Conflicting Laws

Provisions of Section 6 of Presidential Decree No. 914 and other inconsistent laws or regulations are repealed or modified accordingly to conform to this Act.

Effectivity

The Act takes effect immediately upon approval on April 16, 1982.
