: It amends Section 20(c) of the Local Tax Code to increase the registration fees on large cattle.

: Fees may be increased by not more than fifty percent or decreased by not more than ten percent.

: The act takes effect upon approval and the rules take effect fifteen days after their publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
: Provisions of conflicting laws, decrees, executive orders, and other regulations are repealed or modified accordingly.
: To increase registration fees on large cattle by amending the Local Tax Code and providing mechanisms for fee adjustment.
