- Government agencies and instrumentalities are required to include their website addresses (URLs) and official email addresses on all official communication materials.
- These materials include agency letterheads, business cards, brochures, and other printed documents.
Placement of Website and Email Information on Official Communications
- URL and official email addresses should preferably appear on the first page of all official communications.
- Agencies must follow the official email format as specified in Section 4 of NCC Memorandum Circular No. 2003-01.
Business Cards Requirements for Government Officials and Employees
- Business cards of government officials and employees must include the agency’s URL and official email address.
- Personal email addresses may still be included but must be alongside the official agency contacts.
Inclusion of Contact Information in Brochures and Printed Materials
- Brochures and other printed materials should contain the agency’s URL and official email address.
- These should be provided alongside other regular contact information to facilitate public communication.
