Funding Allocation
- Agencies must allocate 1% of Human Resource Development (HRD) training funds from the General Appropriations Act for MRP implementation
Agency Support Obligations
- Agencies must support the creation and sustainability of Integrity Circles
- Encourage institutional change, role model development, and periodic reporting to the National Secretariat
Effectivity Clause
- The Implementing Rules and Regulations take effect immediately upon adoption on July 11, 1996, as signed by the Executive Secretary Ruben D. Torres.
