Minimum Requirements for Candidates: Class A Amateur Radio Operator
- Written application or letter of intent.
- Endorsement from an NTC-accredited amateur radio club.
- Copy of a valid Class A radio operator's certificate.
- Bio-data submission.
- Affidavit stating no criminal or administrative convictions.
- Proof of active participation in amateur radio activities.
Minimum Requirements for Candidates: Amateur Radio Club
- Written application or letter of intent.
- Copy of a valid Radio Station License for the radio club.
- Copy of valid Amateur Radio Operator Licenses for intended instructors or speakers.
- Bio-data of instructors or speakers.
- Submission of the latest semi-annual operational report as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement with NTC.
Criteria for Designation: Class A Amateur Radio Operator
- Must be a bona fide, active member of a recognized amateur radio club.
- Holder of a valid Class A amateur radio operator certificate with at least three years of active involvement in amateur radio activities.
- Filipino citizenship.
- Good moral character and outstanding reputation with dedication to amateur radio services.
- No prior criminal or administrative convictions.
Criteria for Designation: Amateur Radio Club
- Must be an NTC-accredited amateur radio club for a minimum of six months.
- Compliance with all provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement with the NTC.
- Maintain an office and have working staff or personnel.
Implementation and Effectivity
- The circular takes immediate effect upon issuance.
- Supersedes any previous circulars, orders, or memoranda inconsistent with its provisions.
