Charging Provisions for Heavy Lift Cargo
- Heavy lift cargo charges do not include equipment hire fees if the vessel's gear is inadequate.
- Additional charges for hiring equipment for stevedoring services will be imposed separately.
Repealing Clause
- All previous PPA Administrative Orders, Memorandum Circulars/Orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Order are revoked, repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
Effectivity
- This Administrative Order takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
