Repealing Clause

  • All previous PPA Administrative Orders, Memorandum Circulars/Orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Order are revoked, repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • This Administrative Order takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
