Covered Entities and Applicability
- Applicable to all port users including company-owned cargo trucks and trucks for hire engaged in hauling cargo.
- Enforced on all trucks intending to enter or operating within the PMO Davao port premises.
Vehicle Entry Requirements
- No cargo truck shall be allowed entry into port premises without a prescribed and issued PMO Davao vehicle pass or sticker.
Parking and Vehicle Attendance Rules
- Cargo trucks, whether company service vehicles or trucks for hire, must not be left unattended by a driver.
- Parking in designated "NO PARKING" areas is strictly prohibited.
Violation Detection and Notice
- Port police personnel are responsible for issuing a duly accomplished Notice of Violation for every detected infraction.
- The Notice must describe the violation and circumstances to establish the appropriate administrative fine.
Penalties and Fines
- 1st offense: Fine of One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (P125).
- 2nd offense: Fine of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (P250).
- 3rd offense: Fine of Five Hundred Pesos (P500).
- 4th offense: Total ban from entry to the port premises.
Enforcement and Effectivity
- The Order mandates strict compliance by all port users and concerned parties within PMO Davao jurisdiction.
- It took effect immediately upon issuance on May 22, 2000.
