POD ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 02, S. 2000

: Its primary purpose is to prescribe guidelines for the imposition of administrative fines on violations under PPA Administrative Order No. 09-82 within the territorial jurisdiction of PMO Davao.
: All port users and other concerned parties within the territorial jurisdiction of PMO Davao, specifically those operating cargo trucks, including company-owned service vehicles or trucks for hire hauling cargoes.
: Cargo trucks must have the prescribed or issued PMO Davao vehicle pass or stickers to be allowed entry into the port premises.
: No, cargo trucks shall not be left unattended by a driver nor parked in "NO PARKING" areas.
: The fine for the first offense is One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos.
: The fine for the second offense is Two Hundred Fifty Pesos.
: The fine for the third offense is Five Hundred Pesos.
: A total ban from entry to port premises is imposed for the fourth offense.
