Legal Provisions - Separability and Repealing Clauses (Sections 5 and 6)

  • Any invalid or unconstitutional provision does not affect the enforceability of the rest of the Order.
  • All inconsistent orders, rules, and regulations are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity (Section 7)

  • The Order takes effect immediately upon publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
